Chicken and Cheese Lasagna Roll Ups

Hello! I figure it's about time I post on this and maybe we can actually keep it going. Thanks Tamar for what you shared (they are delicious recipes! And you know that means a lot coming from me!)

Mine is much more simple of course because I'm boring but it is delicious and we love it. I'll also post the link at the end so you can see it for yourself.

Ingredients
-3 cups chopped cooked chicken
-1/4 cup milk
-1 cup Ricotta cheese (I use cottage cheese instead)
-1/8 teaspoon pepper
-1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (I typically just use shredded normal cheese)
-8 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
-1/4 cup parmesan cheese
-2 cups spaghetti sauce

Directions
In a bowl combine chicken, cheeses, milk and pepper.*I sometimes like to add more spices to the mixture, especially garlic or onion*
Spread about 1/2 cup mixure on each lasagna noodle and roll them up jelly-roll style (there is a picture in the link I put at the bottom if you don't know what I mean by jelly-roll style)
In a 13x9in pan spread 1 cup spaghetti sauce.
Put the lasagna noodles in pan, seam side down so they don't unroll. Cover with remaining spaghetti sauce and more cheese if you want.

Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until hot. Enjoy!
